All our candles and melts are made using cruelty-free ingredients. Our candles are made with Nature C-3 Soy Wax, and our melts are crafted from Coco Pro Wax. The fragrance oils used in our products are sourced from reputable businesses and come with CLP (Classification, Labelling, and Packaging) labels for safety.

3. Order Process

Once you place an order through our website, we will process it on our side to ensure your product is correct. Payment is securely processed at the time of checkout. We work quickly to prepare and ship your order. Some products are made to order to ensure the best quality, which may require an additional 1–2 days for processing. We also offer local delivery.

6. Disclaimers

Some of the fragrance oils used in our candles and melts may contain ingredients that could cause allergic reactions. We strongly advise you to read the CLP label on each product carefully. Full Safety Data Sheets are available upon request.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is faulty or damaged during delivery. If you believe your product is defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 of receiving your order, providing photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We offer both local delivery and standard shipping. Shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout, and any delays due to third-party carriers are beyond our control. Please ensure the delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been dispatched.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Cat-sith Candles and Melts reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the "Effective Date" will be updated accordingly.

5. Liability

Cat-sith Candles and Melts is committed to ensuring the safety of our products. However, once the product has been delivered to the customer, responsibility for its use lies with the customer. Customers must follow all safety instructions provided on our product labels and packaging.

In the Event of Fire: While we take every precaution to create safe, high-quality candles and melts, we cannot accept responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or damage caused by improper use of our products. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that candles are placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials, and never left unattended while burning.

In the rare event of a fire caused by the use of our products, the customer agrees to hold Cat-sith Candles and Melts harmless from any liability, damages, or injuries resulting from such incidents.

Damaged Goods or Defective Products: If you believe your product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please provide proof (such as photos or screenshots) within [Insert number of days, e.g., 7 days]. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve the issue. In cases of damaged goods, we will liaise with our insurance provider, Direct Line, to process any claims.
